摘要
本文通过工艺和机械性能试验,探讨了45Cr钢锻热淬火的工艺特性。结果表明,采用二次形变锻热淬火回火,与其普通调质相比,在获得相同硬度的同时,可以显著提高钢的强度和冲击韧性,从而使钢件得到较为理想的强韧配合。
This paper deals with the technology characteristics of 45Cr steel by testing technologies and mechanical properties. The results show that, comparing with its common quenching and tempening, while obtaining the same hardness, the strength and tougness of steel was obviously raised by using two times fonged quenching and tempening, so ideal supporting of strength and toughness of steel products has heed obtained.
