摘要
目的 评价对无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤手术治疗的价值。方法 2 6例中行前路减压植骨颈椎钢板固定 6例 ,行后路单开门椎板成型术 2 0例。术后随访 1年。结果 按照JOA评分标准 ,优 10例 ,良 3例 ,中 7例 ,差 6例。结论 无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤是一种严重的疾病 ,预后不良 ,手术效果未得到肯定 ,手术治疗的时机、手术方式的选择和治疗效果没有必然的联系 ,患者病情的转归可能和脊髓损伤的程度有关。
Objective To evaluate the value of the operation for cervical spine cord injures without fracture or dislocation.Methods 6 cases were performed anterior decompression and cervical plate fixation, 20 cases were performed posterior one-side open door laminoplasty.Results All cases were followed up for 1 year.According to the standard of the JOA, the results were excellent in 10 cases, good in 3,fair in 7 and poor in 6.Conclusion The cervical spinal cord injury without fracture or dislocation is a severe one and the prognosis is not good. The result of operation is not sure. The operation timing and method have no necessary relation with the effect. The definite result may be correlated with the severity of spinal cord injury.
