摘要
对240例恶性肿瘤病人的心理作了统计分析,发现68％病人是遵循以下规律的:疑虑期→惊恐期→悲观期→认可期→对照期→失望期或乐观期。并根据病人各期心理特点,提出相应的护理对策。
The statistical analysis of mental activities in 240 patients with malignant tumors from Feb. 1988 to Jul. 1991 showed that the course of mental activity in 68% patients were as followed : anxious period→terrified period→pessimistic period→approving period→ comparing period→disappointing period or optimistic period. The authors suggest that different nursing meassure should be taken according to mental characteristics of each periods.
