超声心动图观察川崎病冠状动脉病变

摘要 目的　探讨超声心动图诊断川崎病冠状动脉病变的重要性。方法　超声心动图检查 3 5例川崎病患儿 ,观察是否存在冠状动脉瘤、血栓、动脉狭窄等。结果　患儿中有冠状动脉病变 12例 ,其中单纯左冠状动脉 (LCA)扩张 5例 ,右冠状动脉 (RCA)扩张 2例 ,双支病变 2例 ,冠状动脉瘤 3例 ,二尖瓣反流 4例 ,心包积液 3例。结论　超声心动图适用于观察冠状动脉病变及动脉瘤形成并可判断进展和转归。
