摘要
本文研究了初生丝素膜的β化方法.经过对丝素的红外光谱、x—射线衍射、水不溶率的研究,发现汽蒸处理是丝素膜较理想的β化方法,只要汽蒸1分钟。
The fresh fibroin film was treated by steaming, heating, etc. The change of the conformationand crystallinity of fibroin film was studied by means of infrared spectrum, x-ray diffraction etc.The results prove that the film can be transformed into 3-form after these treatments and thesteaming is the best method of β-form transition.
