香英兰是一种名贵的香料植物,1983年在海南兴隆地区引种试种成功。本文初步阐述了该地区香荚兰生长、开花、结英特性与环境条件的关系,产量与荫蔽度的关系,栽培技术中的关键措施,以及初级产品的加工技术程序。
Vanilla fragrans (Salisbury) Ames is a valuable spice crop, which has been successfully grown in Xinglong, Hainan since 1983. The crop's growth, flowering and podding characteristics in relation to environment are described, and the relationship between crop yield and shade, the high-lights of cultural techniques and the procedures of primary product processing are discussed.
