摘要
目的 :评价胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。材料与方法 :应用胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症 84例 ,其中L3、4 间隙突出 10例 ,L4、5间隙突出 5 6例 ,L5S1 间隙突出 12例 ,L4、5、L5S1 间隙同时突出 6例。结果 :术后随访 6～ 18月 ,治疗后疗效的优良率达 86 9% ,未出现严重并发症。结论 :胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症 ,微创、安全、疗效满意。
Purpose:To observe the clinic result of collagenolysis for the treatment of lumbosacra disc herniation.Materials and Methods:Collagenolysis was performed in 84 patients with lumbosacral disc herniation.The segments of lumbosacra disc herniation were L 3、4 、L 4、5 、L 5S 1 and both L 4、5 、L 5S 1,which were in 10、56、12 and 6 cases respectively.Results:The patients followed up from 6～18 months after collagenolysis,the excellent and good rate was 86 9%,no serious complications.Conclusion:This procedure had the advantage of good outcom,little surgical trauma and short time of hospitalization,the collagenase outside the lumbar disc is safe and effective.
