摘要
陆丰县地处粤东沿海,濒临南海大陆架渔场,为广东省渔业重点县之一,渔业发展在大农业和整个国民经济中至关重要。本文运用系统工程——层次分析法(简称AHP法),从定量分析的角度探讨该县到本世纪末的渔业发展战略结构模型,然后通过诊断分析和定量计算,提出具体的开发战略层次和发展措施。
Lufeng county is situated at the eastern coast of Guangdong, facing the fishing ground of the continental shelf in the South China Sea. It is one of the major fishery counties in the province. By 1986, its aquatic product output had been raised to 40.7 thousand tons, accounting for 2.8 percent of the total of the province. In this paper, the author makes use of an Analytic Hierarchy Process, for short 'AHP', to research the development strategy of the fishery by the end of this century. The specific development strategies and measures are put forward as: (1) to attach great importance to development strategy of fishery; (2) to control inshore fish catch and improve deepsea fishery; (3) to develop marine cultivation and improve the breeding technique and ecological environment; (4) to develop fresh preservation, processing and comprehensive utilization of aquatic products; (5) to set up marine fishing bases and marine cultivation bases; (6) to improve fishery management.
