摘要
本文采用电子计算机进行砂型室式干燥炉的设计计算。采用适当的数学式和迭代算法取代设计计算所涉及的图算,建立一个数据文件按一定规则存入所有要查的表中的数据,计算机以文件操作的形式自动“查表”,使计算机能在很短的时间内自动完成全部设计计算工作。不但大大减轻了人工计算的繁琐劳动和缩短设计周期,而且为优化设计创造了条件。
Design calculation of chamber sand-mold drying oven is programmed by comuter instead of using diagram method. Suitable mathematical formulae are deduced. A date file is set up which contains all data of relative tabl-es, so that consulting tables can be automatically carried out in the form of file operation. All calculation can be finished in a short time by computer itself. Therefore the heavy and complicate manual calculation can be avo-ided and the period of desigh is so greatly shortened that more opportunity is given to realize optimum design.
