涤纶仿毛织物适用面广,前景良好,是绍兴地区丝绸行业的主要产品之一。文章围绕产品的质量、档次和品种花色、从原料组合、经向工艺、组织结构、经纬密度和捻度的选择及织物后处理工艺等几个方面,论述了涤纶仿毛织物的设计方法,以及设计时应注意的几个问题。
As one of the major products in Shaoxing silk industry, wool-like polyester fabric enjoys a wide-range of uses and promising prospects. Centering on the quality, variety and pattern of the product, this article describes its design methods and some cruxes in respects of material combination , warp-wise technology, weave structure, warp-weft density and twist option and finishing.
