摘要
臀肌筋膜挛缩症是一种常见病与多发病。病因是臀部肌肉注射过多而导致的注射部位及其周围的肌肉和筋膜组织变性、坏死、纤维化和挛缩,而引起的髋功能受限。好发年龄4岁以前。1993年6月至2001年1月,我院手术治疗各型臀肌筋膜挛缩症1526例,有效率100%,步态恢复正常98%,无严重的并发症。
The gluteal muscle fascia contraction is caused by tissue degeneration, necrosis and fibrosis due to over doses injection at buttocks, leading to the restriction of hip joint function. The incidence of this disease is higher before 4 years.old, with increasing ages, the regressive changes of adductor muscle of hip joint occurred. From 1993 to 2001, our hospital had treated 1526 cases of gluteal muscle fascia contraction, with selected operation according to different clinical types, and acquired satisfactory therapeutic effects, effective rate is 100%, rehabilitation of tread 98%, no severe complication be found
