摘要
该文论述了江南红色丘陵区水土流失现状及危害,并对引起水土流失的原因进行了分析。指出:该区水土流失的主要原因是对森林的过度采伐和不合理的农林耕作制度。笔者针对这一特点,提出其治理途径应以农村能源建设为出发点,以稳定粮食生产为基础,大力改造和开发利用现有林业用地、荒山荒坡和侵蚀劣地,增加林草植被,改善生态环境,促进农村经济的发展。
The precent and its harmfulness of soil and water loss in red earth hilly region of south of Yangtze river was dis-cussed in this paper. Results of investigation indicate that the soil and water loss was caused by overcutting and unrea-sonable cropping system of farming and foresty. From a starting point of construction of rural energy resources, theways to control soil and water loss should reform and develop current forestory land barren hill and eroded field,andincrease vegetation cover land to improve ecosystem and prompt development of rural economy on the base of stablizingfood crop production.
