煤液化中油馏分加氢裂化制取汽油和重整原料 被引量:5

摘要 采用镍、钼催化剂,在实验室固定床反应装置上考察了反应温度对煤液化中油馏分加氢裂化转化率、产品分布和组成以及氢耗的影响。制取汽油产品的适宜反应温度为385℃,在此温度下,大于180℃馏分的转化率为90w%,汽油收率可达87w%,辛烷值为74.9,化学氢耗量为2.9w%。本文对加氢裂化产品的组成和性质进行了分析,产品C_6—145℃馏分中的芳烃潜含量高达77w%,是理想的重整原料。 In fixed-bed bench scale unit, hydrocracking of hydrotreated coal-derived distillate with 3825 catalyst(Ni-Mo/SiO_2-Al_2O_3) was performed to produce gasoline and BTX reforming stocks. Effect of reaction temperature (350℃-390℃ on hydrocracking conversion, hydrogen consumption, product distribution and properties were examined under conditions of pressure 14.7 MPa, LHSV 1.5 h^(-1) and H_2/oil 1600 vol/vol. Experimental results showed that 385℃ was the suitable temperature for production of gasoline. At this temperature, conversion of>180℃ distillate reached 89w%, and a 87w% yield of gasoline fraction was obtained with 2.9 w% hydrogen consumption.The composition and properties of hydrocracking products were also analyzed in detail. The quality of the gasoline fraction met RQ-75(GB484-77) specificatio(?0 substantially with octane number 75. The gasoline fraction is capable of producing high-octane blend by reforming.Possessing more than 75w% of potential aromatic content and less than 0.5ppm of nitrogen content, the C_6-145℃ product is an excellent BTX reforming stocks.
