应用单段反应器,在800—850℃和2.1MPa下,研究了扎赉诺尔褐煤和大同气煤制城市煤气的可能性以及催化气化的动力学特性。采用复合催化剂Na-M-Ⅱ,并使其加入量控制在3—6w%(以Na计)。所生成的煤气热值为16,000kJ/Nm^3左右,相应的碳转化率为80—90%。催化剂含有氧化物Na_2O-k_2O-Fe_O_3-CaO-MnO。
The kinetic characteristics of catalytical steam-coal gasification for Zalenol lignite as well as Datong subbituminous coal has been investigated in a single-stage batch reactor. With the highly active multiple catalyst Na-M-Ⅱ containing the oxides of Na_2O, K_2O, Fe_2O_3, CaO and MnO, the optimum gasification results were obtained at 850℃, 2.1 MPa,0.061-0.19min^(-1) specific steam rate and 3-6wt% Na added. The gas product with a heating value of more than 16000kJ/Nm3 which depends on the carbon conversion was obtained. It was found that the gasification reaction for the two coals fit the first order reaction moder. The addition of catalyst lowered the apparent activation energy from 91.5 to 74.8kJ/mol for lignite and from 133.0 to 87.3kJ/mol for subbituminous coal.
