氧化反应中Cu/C催化剂上炭丝结构的研究

STUDY ON THE FILAMENTARY CARBON STRUCTURES IN OXIDATION OF CARBON SUPPORTED COPPER CATALYST

摘要 本文用电镜方法研究了Cu/C催化剂在其载体炭的催化氧化反应过程中的形貌结构,发现Cu/C催化剂在氧化后有三种不同类型的炭丝生成。结合催化剂活性组分与载体炭之间的相互作用和活性组分铜对炭表面的湿润现象,对炭丝等形貌结构的形成机理进行了讨论。实验结果表明,炭丝是炭氧化反应的一次产物CO在不同活性中心上进行催化表面歧化反应的结果。炭丝类型取决于金属组分化学状态,炭丝的直径则与金属颗粒的分散度及其与炭表面的湿润程度有关。 Different moiety structures of carbon in catalytic oxidation of carbon supported on Cu/C catalyst was studied by electron microscopy. Three different kinds of filamentary carbons were formed. Considering both metal support interaction and dispersion of the copper carbon carrier of Cu/C catalyst, the formation of filamentary carbon and other structures have been discussed and their formation mechanism proposed. The filamentary carbon may be formed by surface catalytic disproportionation of adsorbed carbon monoxide on different active sites:2(CO)_(surfo)→CO_2(g) + C_((?)urf(?)).The types of filamentary carbon formed depend upon the chemical state of copper. Type I (no metal particle on filamentary carbon) may be formed on CuO; type Ⅲ(metal Particle on filamentary carbon) may be produced on Cu, which was partly reduced from CuO, the branching of filamentary carbon may be the result of fragmentation of the catalyst granule;type Ⅱ (metal particle on filamentary carbon with a hollow inner channel) may be formed on copper of reduced Cu/C catalyst. The diameter of filamentary carbon depends on the dispersion of metal Particle on the carbon surface.
