料层高压粉碎节能机理的研究

摘要 经过大量实验研究表明物料层在高压条件下,块料层中物料颗粒之间相互挤压,在每一个颗粒内部都产生强大的应力,当应力达到各颗粒的破坏应力时,这些颗粒就相继被粉碎。因为粉碎所需的能量直接施加于物料颗粒的周围,故其有效作用率较其它形式的粉碎作业大为提高。 Based on large number of experiment investigations, it has been confirmed that under high pressure condition, a mutual crushing effect occurs among the particles of soild material layer pressured, which enables them to generate great interio stress, as the magnitude of the stress reaches a criticle value, the particles are brokendown. In this way, the energy requived for pulverizing act on around the particles directly, the efficiency is far and away higher than any other pulverizing way.
