摘要
中国现行房产税存在的主要弊端。我国房产税进行改革的迫切性。借鉴国际通行做法,改革中国房产税的具体对策。
The main drawback of the current house property tax of our country,the urgency of the reform of the current house property tax of our country and the concrete reform countermeasure of the house property tax of our country which draw lessons from the international current method.
