摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定谷胱甘肽片的含量。方法:紫外分光光度法,检测波长:230nm。结果:平均回收率为100.5%,n=5,RSD 为1.18%。结论:方法可靠,操作简便,可用于谷胱甘肽片的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the method of determination of Glutathione Tablets.Method:UV Spretrophotometry with de- tective wavelengh 230nm.Results:The average recovery was 100.5%(n=5)and RSD was 1.18%.Conclusions:The method is simple,accurate and stable.It is satisfactory for determination of Glutathione Tablets.
