摘要
20世纪30～4 0年代广西与中央在金融领域内的关系可以分为两个阶段:抗战前广西金融业独立于中央金融业之外,两者的关系主要表现为斗争;抗战时期广西金融业被逐步纳入中央金融体系,两者的关系较为复杂,既有合作又有斗争。
The relation between Guangxi and the central government in the field of finance in 1930s and 1940s could be divided into periods: Before the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the Guangxi government set up its own independent banking system and its relation with the central government was antagonistic; During the War, Guangxi's banking system was annexed into the central banking system. The relationship between the Guangxi government and the central government was very complicated—cooperative and conflicting. This serves as a window to look into the financial relationship between the local government and the central government during this period of time.
