摘要
根据我国农村饮水现状和社会经济发展的地域特点,分析农村饮水困难的主要成因及其影响因素,据此对农村饮水困难成因进行分类,并提出开源、节流,推进农村供水城市化;水量、水质并重,防治结合;建立健全投融资体制;促进区域经济与水资源利用协调发展等对策。
Based on the rural drinking water situation and regional characteristics of social economy in China, the main causes for rural difficult drinking water situation as well as their factors are analyzed. The above causes are then classified, and some countermeasures are put forward.
