摘要
作为农业大省,黑龙江省中等职业技术教育发展形势不容乐观,仍存在诸多问题。进一步规范和大力发展中等职业技术教育需强化政府行为,加大政府统筹力度;深化招生改革,加强制度保障;完善职业资格标准,强化就业准入制度;加强内涵建设,办出职教特色。
As an large agriculture province, the development of medium vocational technology education of Hei Longjiang Province should not be optimistic, and many problems still exist. Further regulating and greatly developping medium vocational technology education need strengthen governmental behavior and critical depth, deeply reform the enrolling system, enhance institutional guarantee, perfect vocational qualification stardard, strengthen employment system, reinforce connotive construe tion, and rake out Characteristic of vocational education.
