摘要
头孢羟氨苄是重要的头孢类抗生素。为提高产品的质量和收率 ,本文对目前工业上采用的间接法反应结晶制备工艺进行了优化 ,得到了经验最佳操作时间表 ;同时 ,研究了有较大发展潜力的直接法结晶生产头孢羟氨苄工艺 ,解决了该工艺中严重的“结胨”问题 ,为后续相关研究提供了思路。
Cefadroxil is important as an oral cephalosporin antibiotic. This paper focused on the research of preparation and reactive crystallization processes of cefadroxil. The optimum operation schedule for cefadroxil by indirect crystallization method was obtained, under this condition, the yield, crystal size distribution, crystal habit and purity of cefadroxil product have been extensively improved. The 'colloid formed' problems in the direct crystallization process of cefadroxil were also investigated, which gave a good idea for the subsequent studies.
