摘要
分析户口迁移政策改革的成本与收益 ,对我国劳动力市场跨地区流动进行了实证分析 ,认为实现劳动力的自由迁移不仅符合政府部门的利益而且可以减少城乡收入差距 。
Because of china's special household register system, a large number of rural re sidents can not migrate to the city freely to share fast economic growth, and th e disparity in urban and rural areas is expanding day by day. From the angle of government department, this article analyses the lost and income of the policy r eform, and trans-regional flow of the labor market and holds that allowing labo r to move freely not only accord with the interest of government department but also can reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas.
