摘要
对滚子直动从动件盘形凸轮机构各构件进行了受力分析后,得出基圆半径的大小不仅影响传力特性,还影响滚子是否能做连续滚动的结论。当凸轮机构主要用于传递运动时,基圆半径的选择可使滚子做连续滚动为优先考虑条件。
After analyseing the force of all the component in the cam with Direct-Moving-roller follower, the conclusion is gained that radius of base circle not only influence the ability of sending force, but also influence the roller's continuous rolling. When the cam is chiefly transferred movement, the choice of radius of base circle firstly is considered the roller's continuous rolling.
