摘要
本方采用典型相关分析法,对老年人单纯收缩期高血压和双期高血压两种类型高血压的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,前者主要因素为年龄、年吸烟量、医疗享受、糖尿病病史、性别、吸烟年限、性格等。后者主要因素为体重指数、糖尿病病史、脑血管意外、尿蛋白、医疗享受、职业等。
Canonical correlation analysis was userd to see the difference of associated factors between two types of hypernsion in the elderly. Result indicated: the factors associated with isolated hypertension mainly are age、amount of smoking、free of charge or not、diabets mellitus、sex、duration of smoking、temperature; the factors assoeatetd with classical hypertension msinly are body mass index、diabetes mellitus、stroke、urinerprotein、free of charge or not occupation.
