目前三维设计软件正在得到广泛地应用 ,但大部分都是用于新零件的直接造型。介绍了一种可以快速完成可转位刀具设计工作的方法 ,可以利用计算机程序和零件库 ,而不必对每个零件都重新造型 ;讨论了硬质合金刀片库的建立原理 ;进行了三维软件二次开发的研究 ;
In this thesis, a method of rapid design of indexable tool is introduced. In this method, a standard parts modeling library is built and used in design to save time. A principle of building library of hard alloy blade is discussed. A method of developing 3-dimension design software based on a exist software system is researched, and a means to increase efficiency of 3-dimension design is studied.
