变态反应性疾病多形核白细胞超微结构和髓过氧化物酶的定量研究

摘要 本文报导了150例变态反应性疾病多形核白细胞超微结构的变化。正常人异常颗粒占颗粒的总平均数的3%,而疾病组具有低电子密度、异质性的异常颗粒占42.0%。6例正常对照组和23例变态反应性疾病的中性白细胞中髓过氧化物酶经研究指出:其阴性率分别为36.2%和59.3%,两者之间出现了有意义的改变,其部分家系成员粒细胞也出现了超微结构和髓过氧化物酶的改变。作者讨论了这种改变的可能意义。 In the paper we reported that ultrastructural variety of polymorphonuclear leucocytes of 150cases of metamorphosis reaction disease. 3 percent of abnormal granules from normal human were the total mean of neutrophil granulocyte while 42 percent of abnormal granule of disease condition were low of electron density and heterogeneity with more flocculent deposite of reaction and even vacuole. Result of 23 cases of metamorphosis disease show that control group MPO disappeared 82.3 out of 223 granules(36.2)while in disease group MPO disappeared in 538.05 out of 908.5(59.3). We found that MPO produced significant changes between control group and disease condition group. Member of part family also had similar ultrastructural and MPO changes. Occurrence of the ultrastructural enzyme were discussed as to their significance.
