摘要
研制了一种应用于水力机械元件和设备的抗冲蚀磨损的胶粘耐磨涂层。分析了涂层的制备工艺,检测了涂层的各项性能,研究了耐磨涂层的抗冲蚀磨损性能。研究发现:底部涂层与基体间的相互吸附、涂层间的相互扩散、偶联剂的共价键连接和机械互锁,均能使涂层与涂层之间、底层与基体之间在界面处形成牢固结合,有利于提高耐磨涂层的整体抗冲蚀磨损性能。
An adhesive abrasion resistant coatings with good washout resistance for hydraulic mechanical elements and equipment has been developed . This article has reported the preparation process, performance test results of this coatings. It has bee found that the adhesion between substrate and primer, diffusion between coatings, covalent adhesion of the coupling agent and the mechanical bonding will enhance the firm adhesion between coats and substrate and primer and promote the washout resistance of the coatings.
