摘要
将12只成年大鼠一侧脊髓段灰质行电损毁后用溃变法追踪脊髓小脑吻侧束纤维在脊髓、脑干内的走行及在小脑内的分布.结果显示,起源于颈膨大损毁部位的脊髓小脑吻侧束的溃变纤维上行于同侧脊髓外侧索中部,经过小脑上脚和下脚入小脑,纤维双侧分布于小脑前叶及后叶的Ⅵ~Ⅸ小叶,其中以Ⅴ小叶小叶最密集。溃变纤维分布于以上叶片的白质及颗粒层,并以同侧(损毁侧)最为密集.此外,在双侧小脑的顶核和间位核内也有溃变纤维分布.
Degeneration was made in 12 adult rats to study the course and projections of the ros- tral spinocerebellar tract (RSCT),after unilateral lesions in the C_(5~8) spinal segments.The re- sults show that degeneration fibers of the RSCT originated from the cervical enlargement as- cend ipsilaterally in the lateral funiculus of the ccervical cord,enter the cerebellum via the in- ferior and superior cerebellar peduncles,project bilaterally to the anterior lobe and the Ⅳ~ Ⅸ lobules of the posterior lobe of the cerebellum,with concentration in the ⅪⅠ Ⅲ~Ⅴ and Ⅷ lobules.The degeneration fibers appear in the granualar layer of the cerebellar cortex.In ad- dition,the degeneration fibers can also be seen in bilateral fastigial and interposed nuclei.
