摘要
对妇女血浆雌二醇(E_2)水平与丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了观察。结果发现绝经期妇女较生育期妇女 E_2降低,MDA 升高,且两者呈负相关性。在建立不同 E_2水平的动物模型过程中观察到 E_2水平的降低、升高可导致大鼠肝脏和子宫组织匀浆中 MDA 的升高和降低,子宫组织的这一变化尤其明显.试验结果提示:机体中 E_2具有抑制脂质过氧化作用的能力,机体衰老可能与雌激素的降低而导致了组织中 MDA 的升高有关。
Plasma estradiol(E_2)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were examined in women,and the results demonstrated that E_2 level decreased and MDA content increased in menopausal wo- men,showing a negative correlalivity between E_2 and MDA.In animal experiment we found that E_2 was decreased while MDA in liver and uterine homogenates was increased,adminis- tration of estrogen reversed the change of MDA in liver and uterus,and the range of change of MDA in uterus with E_2 was more significant than that in liver.The results suggest that E_2 may possess the antioxidative effect.Therefore,the manifestations of senescence are probably related with the increase of MDA resulting from the decrease of E_2 level.
