摘要
介绍了一种采用程控可调谐窄带激光器波长扫描法光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)波长移位检测系统。该系统采用了虚拟仪器工作平台(LabVIEW),可以快速、智能化地实现了FBG波长移位检测。实验结果表明:该系统的波长检测灵敏度为0.00965nm/℃,温度检测分辨力为0.2℃,相应的波长分辨力为2pm。波长检测范围不受系统限制,一般可达30nm以上。
A wavelevght-shift detection system of fiber Bragg grating(FBG) with scanning of tunable narrow-linewidth laser is described.The wavelength-shift detection of FBG is achieved rapidly and intelligently with LabVIEW.The wavelength detection sensitivity of the system is 0.009 65 nm/℃ ,the temperature resolution is (0.2 ℃),while the wavelength resolution is 2.0 pm.The wavelength detection range isn't limited by the system and may come to over 30 nm.
