核电是世界三大支柱能源之一,具有清洁、安全、高效的特性.在20世纪末21世纪初的几年里,发生了对世界核电发展产生深远影响的三件大事:美国政府发起了第四代核电站的技术政策研究:俄罗斯总统普京在世界新千年峰会上,发出了推动世界核电发展的倡议;美国总统布什颁布了美国新的能源政策,把扩大核能作为国家能源政策的主要组成部分.
This paper describes the background and the targets of the generation Ⅳ nuclear power.Six prototypes about the nuclear power are discussed.Proposals from the experts are presented for developing nuclear power in China.
