摘要
阐述了水资源管理科学在社会经济发展中的重要性与法律的密不可分性 ,以及水资源管理的方法 ,提出今后水资源管理政策与战略目标。
This paper discusses the importance of water resources management science in social economical development,the inseparatility with law and method of water resources management.It also poses the future water resources management policy and the garget.
