摘要
目的 探讨2型糖尿病(DM)患者尿白蛋白/肌酐(Alb/Cr)排泄率与血管内皮损伤标志物的相关性。 方法 分别测定47例2型DM患者血浆P 选择素、vonWillebrand因子(vWF)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、Alb/Cr, 并根据尿Alb/Cr排泄率分为3组进行比较分析。结果 2型DM患者血浆P 选择素、vWF、血清CRP水平高于 正常对照组(P<0.05、0.002、0.001),并且与其尿Alb/Cr排泄率呈显著正相关。结论 血浆P 选择素、vWF和 血清CRP可作为观察2型DM并发血管病变以及严重程度的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between excretion rate of urinary albumin/creatinine (Alb/Cr) and markers for vascular endothelial injury in type 2 diabetes. Methods 47 patients with type 2 diabetes were tested for plasma P-selectin, plasma von Willebrand factor (vWF), serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and urinary excretion rate of Alb/Cr and divided into three groups according to urinary excretion rate of Alb/Cr. Results The plasma P-selection, plasma vWF and serum CRP of patient group were higher than those in control group (P< 0.05, P<0.02, P<0.01) and were positively correlated with urinary excretion of Alb/Cr. Conclusions Plasma P-selectin, plasma vWF and serum CRP might be useful for observation of vascular disease complication and the severity of injury in type 2 diabetic patients.
