摘要
本文综述了森林病害防治领域中的生物技术研究、应用现状及其发展前景,并对生物技术在应用方面存在的问题做了探讨。
The current situation and the future for application of biotechnology to forestdisease control are discussed. Cytological engineering has been used in screening disease--re-sistant tree clones and eluedating the mechanism of the disease--resistance. Great progresshas been made in the crown gall--resistant popular breeding. Analyses of DNA restrictionpolymarphism and isozyme have been introduced into studies of systematics, identificationand pathogenic differentiation of the pathogens. Much basic research should be accomplishedbefore the biotechnology is used in practical forest production. Now new advances have beenrepeatedly made in this sophiscated field, and new means for its population have been cont-inually developed. Losing no time to master the new theory and techniques it is possible forus soon to catch up with the advanced world level.
