全胃切除消化道重建的研究现状及其功能检测方法 被引量：6

摘要 全胃切除术已经有 10 0多年的历史 ,为减少手术后的并发症 ,从而创造了60余种消化道重建手术 :严重意义上讲 ,全胃切除消化道重建后 ,食物经由十二指肠通路的称为代胃术 ,否则只能称为储袋重建。代胃或储袋重建后比单纯的食管空肠吻合术有较好的生活质量 ,但目前尚无公认的重建方式。重建后消化道功能的各种检测方法 ,从不同角度提示了重建术后的消化道功能 ,对消化道重建方式的选择有指导意义。
