细胞融合技术的现状与问题 被引量:1

摘要 植物的细胞融合技术,近年来取得重大进展,作为作物品种的改良手段,正引人注目。特别是由于在实用方面支配重要性状的基因还离析得很少,调节机制也几乎未被解明,作为引入基因的划时代的方法,在技术上虽被确立,但各种性状转换技术的应用还受限制的状况下,作为异种基因的导入方法,细胞融合是最重要的。细胞融合,不管是未鉴定、未被离析的异种基因,还是基因群或者染色体单位,都有引入的可能,即使在通过几个以上的基因来表现性状的时候,也有可以获得进行适当地选择导入的优点。目前,已在水稻、大麦、小麦等主要农作物。
