摘要
目的 :对临床常用的治疗方法进行分析 ,从循证医学的角度探讨糖尿病足之最佳外科临床治疗方案。方法 :对近 10年来治疗之 191例糖尿病足患者的治疗进行回顾分析 ,即对患者治疗前后血糖水平、创面床情况、手术效果等进行分析。结果 :糖尿病足经住院综合治疗 ,创面床经准备 ,创面可自愈或接受植皮 ;38例局部皮瓣转移覆盖之创面仅 16例一期愈合。结论 :对糖尿病足溃疡创面 ,宜在创面床充分准备后行皮片移植术 ,不主张以局部皮瓣覆盖创面。
Objective:To find an optimal way of surgical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods: We summarized 191 cases of diabetic foot ulcer from 1993 to 2003, and analyzed the blood sugar level, the status of wound bed and the effect of surgical treatment; Results: After a complex treatment of the original disease and the preparation of wound bed, the ulcer can cure naturally or can be cured by operation. Conclusion: Free grafts may be an acceptable way of treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.
