针对铁通计费管理系统中的数据采集系统的功能原理进行分析 ,并提出实施的改进建议和实际的运行维护经验。
Base on CTT's billing management system, working principl e of the data acquisition system is analyzed,and an improvement suggestion is giv en and actual operation and maintenance experience are summerized.
