摘要
在冀西北高寒半干旱区,分别以夏洛来、无角陶赛特、德国肉用美利奴和特克赛尔4个肉用羊品种为父本,小尾寒羊为母本开展杂交试验。确定适宜的杂交组合。结果表明,只有夏洛来、无角陶赛特与小尾寒羊杂交,后代才有明显的杂种优势,尤其夏洛来杂交效果最好。杂交1代3月龄体重(16.06kg)和7月龄体重(30.27kg)分别比纯繁的小尾寒羊提高9.48%、11.16%,差异显著(P<0.05)。
To select the best cross combination in the plateau region of the Northwest of Hebei,Cha- rolais Sheep,Poll Dorset,German Mutton Merino and Texel were separately used as male parent,and Han—yang was used as female parent in this experiment.The results show that only the cross combina- tion of Charolais Sheep or Poll Dorset with Han—yang has good combining ability.The combining ability of Charolais Sheep is better between the two combinations.When the generation 1 of the crossbred was 3 months and 7 months,the body weight (3 months,16.06kg;7 months,30.27kg) increased 9.48% and 11.16% respectively comparing with the pure breeding of Han—yang.The difference is significant (P< 0,05).
