摘要
主笔者2002年至2003年在丹麦研修农业技术,对丹麦的农业有一些了解。将畜牧业与种植业的发展情况、农业资本运作、农业科技、农业教育情况作了简要的介绍。丹麦的农业集约化程度高,是资金密集型的产业。农场趋向于产业规模化。农产品的外向度高,2/3的农业产值面向出口市场。农业服务体系较为完善。
The first author studied agricultural technology in Denmark from 2002 to 2003,under- stood a little to the agricultural situation in Denmark.This paper simply introduced the general situation of animal production,plant production agricultural capital operation agricultural technique and agricul- tural educational condition in Denmark.The agriculture was highly intensive,and it was a production of fund intensity.The farms tended to large—scale industrialization.The extroversion degree of agricultural products was high,2/3 output value of agriculture was for export market.The agricultural service sys- tem was well developed.
