摘要
永磁铁氧体中采取富铁配方 (SrO·nFe2 O3,n >6 )能适当地提高剩磁Br ,但由于富铁配方的永磁铁氧体在烧结时晶粒容易长大 ,减少了磁体内部单畴晶粒的数目 ,因而也降低了矫顽力Hc。本文论述了“永磁铁氧体添加剂液相化新技术”对材料磁性能的影响及其分析。由于液相添加剂具有强的渗透能力 ,并且在烧结过程中生成新生态的纳米尺寸的稳定固态粒子 ,因此具有很好的活性、分布均匀性、弥散性及强烈地阻碍晶粒长大的作用。这样的“液相化添加剂”能显著地改善和提高永磁铁氧体产品的磁性能。
Application of ferro-rich recipe (Sro·nFe_2O_3,n>6) in the permanent magnetic ferrite may in crease, to some degree, magnetic remanence(Br). As the grains in such ferrite tend to grow large, the number of single domain grains inside the magnet decreases and so does the coercively (HC). This paper discusses the effect of liquid-phase processed additives on magnetic performance of permanent magnetic ferrite, The additives enjoy nice activation, uniform distribution, dispersivity. They can greatly prevent the grains from getting large in the period of sintering because they have sound penetrability and produce new stable solid particles of nanometer size in sintering.Such additives may noticeably improve the property of permanent magnetic ferrite products
