摘要
本文以生态经济学和生态恢复学的基本原理为依据,总结了自1999年北川羌族自治县实施退耕 还林(草)工程以来,生态林复合经营模式综合实施所带来的良好生态、经济和社会效益,论证了其可行性。
On the basis of principles of ecological economy and ecological conversion ,this article sums up great ecological, economic and social benefits brought by implementation of complex management mode of ecological forests since the Program of Conversion From Cropland to Forest and Grassland was carried out in Beichuan Qiang nationality Autonomous County in 1999.And its feasibility is further proved.
