摘要
目的 通过检测胃癌组织中C erbB 2和nm2 3mRNA的表达水平 ,分析其与胃癌淋巴结转移、浸润深度以及临床分期的关系。方法 用RT PCR检测了 6 3例胃癌患者C erbB 2和nm2 3mRNA的表达水平。结果 C erbB 2RNA的表达量在胃癌浸润程度较深组、有淋巴结转移组以及在胃癌Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组中显著增高 ,而nm2 3则呈相反的趋势。结论 C erbB 2对胃癌的生物学特性有促进作用 ,nm2
Objective To explore the relationship between expression of C-erbB-2 and nm23 mRNA and the clinicopathological characters in human gastric cancer.Method The expression levels of C-erbB-2 and nm23 mRNA in gastric carcinoma tissues of 63 patients were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.Results Difference was evident in various groups.The expression level of C-erbB-2 mRNA was higher,but the expression of nm23 was lower.Furthermore,the levels of expression was significantly related to advanced stage of gastric cancer,serosal infiltration and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The overexpression of C-erbB-2 plays an important promoting role in progression of gastric cancer but nm23 plays converse effect.
