摘要
本文分析了 1995～ 2 0 0 3年间收治的颌面创伤患者 12 0例 ,结果 12 0例颌面创伤患者中 ,男性为女性的 6倍 ,多发于青壮年 ,在各类创伤中 ,单纯软组织损伤占 2 0 % ,骨组织损伤占 80 % ,多伴合并有颅脑、四肢、胸肋等部位损伤 ,以及出现上呼吸道梗阻、休克等严重症状。本文总结各类颌面创伤的治疗原则和处理要点 。
This paper had analyzed the 120 cases of maxillofacial injury patient from 1995～2003. the results showed that the incidence of male was more than female especially young. The simple soft tissue injury was 20% and 80% combined with bone injury, most cases combined with brain, limbs and chest injury with respiratory obstruction and shock. This paper had introduced the treatment principle and key points.
