淋巴细胞亚群变化在SLE发病中的临床意义 被引量：7

摘要 应用双色荧光标记流式细胞术检测SLE患者外周血CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 、CD19+ 淋巴细胞的表达。来探讨系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者在疾病的不同阶段外周血CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 、CD19+ 淋巴细胞的变化。结果SLE活动组 :CD4 + 细胞数明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CD4 + CD8+ 比值明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,B(CD19+ )细胞数明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,NK (CD3- 、CD16 + 、CD5 6 + )细胞显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。SLE患者活动期淋巴细胞亚群存在异常 。
