摘要
对50例原发性卵巢癌的横膈和大网膜转移进行前瞻性临床研究,发现横隔转移与大网膜转移存在相关性,腹水量与横膈转移、大网膜转移均存在相关性(P<0.005),但癌细胞阳性腹水与横膈转移呈相关性(P<0.005),与大网膜转移无相关性(P>0.05),提示卵巢癌通过不同途径发生横膈和大网膜转移。
A prospective clinical research into diaphragmatic and omental metastases was made in 50 cases of primary ovarian cancer. It showed that diaphragmatic metastasis was correlated with omental metastases, and both metastases were correlated with the quantity of ascites (P<0.005), hut carcinous ascites was confirmed to be correlated with diaphragmatic metastasis (P<0.005), not with omental metastasis (P>0.05). These resultes suggest ovarian cancer spreads to dia phragm and omentum through different passages.
