摘要
针对常规气压伺服系统的缺点, 将液体介质引入到气压伺服系统中并对气、液进行闭环控制, 从而构成了一种气、液复合介质控制系统———气液联控伺服系统。该系统具有常规气压伺服系统难以达到的高频响、高精度、高刚度和良好的低速性能, 能够实现系统定位锁死机能。该系统用PWM (脉宽调制) 方法进行控制。
In order to avoid the defect of normal pneumatic technique, Pneumatic-Hydraulic-Combination-Control(PHCC) servo system was put forward,in which the liquid medium is led to the traditional pneumatic servo system and controlled in close-loop simultaneously.PHCC can get high precision,high frequency response and high rigidity that the normal pneumatic servo system can not get.PHCC can also realize location locked and other functions.The control mode of PHCC is PWM.
