摘要
城市水环境安全和水资源保护已经成为备受关注的热点问题,而城市污水和再生水的消毒是其中的关键环节。简要介绍了水质对消毒效果的影响以及城市污水安全性保障需要达到的消毒前水质要求;结合城市污水的实际利用和排放情况,提出了消毒效果的技术评价指标体系,并在此基础上提出了组合消毒技术的概念、原理与主要特点。
Water environmental safety and water resources protection have become the hot issues in recent years, and disinfection of urban wastewater and reclaimed water is the most important part. The effect of water quality on disinfection and the wastewater pretreatment requirements for safety guarantee of urban wastewater reuse or discharge were introduced. Based on the requirements and effect of wastewater reuse and discharge, the evaluation index system of disinfection was established, and then the concept, principle and characteristics of multiple disinfection strategy were introduced.
