摘要 本文将有限元法引入到双脊、单脊和不对称脊波导特征值的分析中,求解出了三种脊波导的特征值,并给出了截止频率和主模带宽曲线。 Finite element method (FEM) is introduced to analyze and compute the eigenvalues of double ridged waveguide, single ridged waveguide and unsymmetry ridged waveguide. Eigenvalue solutions of three ridged waveguides are solved and the useful curves on cutoff frequency and bandwith are provided.
